Jiang Liyu was born in Hangzhou，Zhejiang Province in 1965 and graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Zhejiang Silk Textile Institute（Now Zhejiang Sci-Tech University）。Now he is the member of Zhejiang Association for International Exchange，Zhejiang Provincial Packaging and Decoration Design Committee and Hangzhou Artists Association as well as the painter of Zhejiang Kaiming Art Academy。He studied realistic oil painting under Leng Jun before and is good at it。His works were exhibited in many occasions such as Beijing International Art Exhibition，Shanghai Art Fair and Hangzhou West Lake Art Fair and collected by governments and public institutes.
